Effect of atropine on the DRC of the acetylcholine on rat ileum - Delhi

The <a href="https://mycalpharm.com/experiments" target="_blank"><strong>Effect of atropine on the DRC of the acetylcholine on rat ileum</strong></a> is studied using mycalpharm, a Computer Assisted Learning tool. Atropine, a muscarinic antagonist, shifts the dose-response curve (DRC) of acetylcholine to the right, indicating competitive inhibition of muscarinic receptors, reducing acetylcholine-induced contractions in rat ileum.
