Job Details:
On outset of your employment you will be joining as a Business Associate / Business Development Manager, wherein you will be introduced to a five level Leadership program in which you are provided with a comprehensive training in all the major streams of business development including client acquisition ,team management ,project management ,Customer Service & operations on each level of your growth.
It is an on the job probation period (1 to 3 Months) wherein you’d be provided with basic salary and Incentive on your performance based remuneration.
On an average the training period is of 10 days in which 3 working days for theory and 7 working days of practical for starting levels .
Salary : 18,000 to 37,000 INR /month
Summary of Job :
As business associates / business development manager you shall process our application (Software) marketing in all possible and trained ways within Bangalore City .We only focus on Business clients ( B2B) such as medical organization ,educational institution ,training center, manufacturing ,service industry ,distributor, retail ,small and Medium Businesses. You shall work in 1 area allocated in Bangalore.
You shall utilize all types of marketing skills including the digital marketing, online marketing and direct marketing. Your marketing includes the educating and providing the required information to the business mentioned above and enrolling them.
Document required for interview: Academic documents, ID proof, 1 passport Size photo and one original Document for Verification.
Qualification Required: Any stream Degree with 0 to 3 years Experienced.
10th + 2 (PUC) can apply with work experiences .
Fresher’s ; Required with Good Communication and Hard working candidates .
Experienced Candidates : Required with minimum 6 months to 3 years experience in marketing and Sales Sectors.
